The extraction model adk spec check suggests pinning, with
RECOMMENDED_EXTRACTION_THINKING_BUDGET. On the labelled pharmacy turn
it was correct in 60 of 60 rounds at 0.67 s median and 1.2 s at most, where
the rolling gemini-flash-latest default took 6.7 s at the median and up
to 62 s (tests/extraction_latency.rs). Without thinking it follows an
instruction literally: say what counts, not “leave it out until”.
