A serializable side effect for phase entry, watcher, and pattern actions — the closed-effect counterpart to Guard’s closed predicates. One vocabulary, honored identically wherever effects fire.

Prompt(String)

Inject the text as a model-role turn and ask the model to respond now — the “make the model speak” effect (proactive check-in, nudge).

Durably remember a note ({state.key} templates interpolated) through the session’s memory binding. Requires the spec’s memory section.
